12 Ways God
Empowers Your Wellness
Wellness culture sells women a body to fix. Scripture gives you a body that is already made, already good, already yours... empowered by God. These cards move through the dimensions of your wellness one at a time, and in each one they do four things: name the lie, answer it with Scripture, tell you the truth, and hand you one real step.
Part one covers four dimensions: Strength, Nourishment, Inner Health, and the Mind. Read them in order or land on the one you need today. This is your journey, Supernova.

Pick one measure of physical strength that has nothing to do with how you look: how much you can lift, how far you can carry, how long you can hold. Work toward it meaningfully, listening to your body instead of the mirror.
If eating has become a place of fear, counting, or control, the most healing step is not another rule but honesty, and often not honesty carried alone. Tell one safe person the truth about your relationship with food. Loosen one restriction you know is fear rather than nourishment, and let feeding your body be an act of trust in the God who made it.
And if what you recognize here runs deeper than a card can hold, that is not failure; it is worth real help. The National Alliance for Eating Disorders runs a clinician-staffed helpline at 1-866-662-1235, and reaching for it is stewardship of the body God made, not a verdict on your faith. When something feels off, ask what the whole system is telling you before singling out a specific body part. Rather than reaching for one more isolated protocol, tend the connected basics that serve every part at once: how you sleep, how you eat, how you move, how you handle stress. Care for the whole body God knit together, and let the parts be held by the whole rather than picked apart one purchase at a time. (Of course, seek a medical provider, too 😊.)
Take one concrete step toward caring for your mind. Make the call, book the appointment, and say the truth out loud to someone safe… pay attention to folks God places in your path to help. And when "do not worry" has been used to shame you, hear it again as it was meant: not a demand you are failing, but a Father offering to carry what was never yours to hold alone. Treat tending your mind as stewardship, because that is what it is.
