Can I try a subscription without committing long-term?
Absolutely! You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime through your account portal; no long-term contracts, just flexible support for your wellness journey.
Please note: If you cancel your first subscription after your order has been placed and before it ships, your order will be counted as a one-time purchase and you will not receive any initial offer bundles, if any were offered at the time of your purchase.
How do I manage my subscription?
Once you subscribe, you'll receive login details to access your personalized subscription portal, where you can:
- View upcoming deliveries
- Skip or reschedule orders
- Update your shipping address
- Modify or cancel your subscription
What is your cancellation policy?
You have complete control. Cancel anytime through your subscription portal with no cancellation fees or penalties. Your subscription benefits continue until your current billing period ends. You are sent a reminder email of your upcoming subscription order three (3) days before your billing date. You can also cancel through that email or by emailing us: hello@flourishbynova.com.
Please note: You must cancel your subscription at least 1 hour before your billing date . Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or refund that cycle, and we cannot accept returns for that shipment. Your cancellation will apply to the next billing period instead.
What happens after I cancel?
If you’ve already been charged and haven’t yet received your latest subscription shipment, don’t worry, you’ll still receive that order as planned. After your current subscription period ends, you’re welcome to continue shopping for one-time purchases at regular prices, or you can restart your subscription anytime. Flourish is always here whenever you’re ready to continue your wellness journey!
