Body Positivity Reflection Cards
How To: These prompts are here to help you reconnect with your body without judgment or pressure.
It’s a space for reflection, not “fixing” (because you, Supernova, are already worthy!). Take what resonates, skip what doesn’t, and let honesty, not perfection, lead.
There’s no right way to do this… only your way!
ACCEPTANCE & BELONGING
The desire to change your body often isn’t about your body at all — it’s about wanting to be accepted, respected, or safe. You deserve all of that now, in the body you live in today.
Reflect
- Notice what comes up when you feel judged or evaluated based on your body. What emotions show up first?
- Where did those judgments come from and which of them don’t actually belong to you?
- Who in your life sees you, accepts you, and lets you exist fully as you are, in your element?
- What would it look like to let yourself feel that acceptance more deeply today?
REWRITING THE NARRATIVE
No one is born believing their body is a problem. That belief is learned and learned beliefs can (and often should) be questioned.
Reflect
- When do you first remember hearing or sensing that your body wasn’t “right” or “good enough”?
- If you could speak to that moment — or that person — what would you say now?
- Write a few lines about how that experience made you feel then, and how it still echoes today.
- Decide for yourself: does this story still deserve space in your life?
FREEDOM WITH FOOD & WEIGHT
Body respect isn’t about control; it’s about freedom. Imagine what could open up if food and weight no longer occupied so much of your mental space.
Reflect
- Imagine your thoughts are no longer dominated by dieting, tracking, or changing your body. What feels different?
- What could you do with that reclaimed energy emotionally, creatively, relationally?
- What would it mean to trust yourself around food instead of managing yourself?

LIVING NOW
So many women put life on hold until their body changes. But your life is happening now and your body is the one carrying you through it.
Reflect
- What experiences, joys, or moments have you been postponing because of your body?
- Choose one thing from that list and ask: what would it take to move toward it as you are?
- What practical step could make it feel more accessible or safe right now?
- Set an intention to take one small step toward living fully in the body you have today.
