Multidimensional wellness encompasses all of our beings: mind, body, spirit. To be truly well, we must care for each layer of ourselves and our lives. These cards will help you discover more about your wellness and offer you unique ways to empower each dimension every day this week.
Each day you'll learn something supernatural about your mind, body and spirit. Then, you'll find a way to empower yourself with this new knowledge. At the end of each day's card, you'll have an action step you can take today to move what's here into real life… empowerment in action!

One walk, one session, one decision to move is all you need. It's what we call "moving with intention."
Move with authority, because He called you to do so. You were chosen before you had a résumé and given authority before you had a title.
Your brain is already deciding before "you" do. The feeling of readiness comes after the move begins. The confidence follows the action.
Your nervous system reacts before your inner critic has time to second-guess. In a moment of courage, just move because your body already knows what to do.
We are not omniscient. And our consciousness could never ascertain all that God has planned for us. We can hope for our future, but we place faith above that hope because what God has is immeasurably more.
That feeling in your stomach could actually be intelligence. Your gut-brain has been processing the situation longer than you realize.
Making your exhale longer than your inhale directly stimulates the vagus nerve, triggering your body's calm response.
The science of the gut-brain connection is a beautiful confirmation of what Scripture has always said: your inner world matters, God speaks there, and you were built to listen.

Jesus offers rest at two levels: physical and spiritual. Both are available, both are intentional; they are connected. Surrender to him and you'll find ultimate rest.
Your brain physically changes based on what you repeatedly do and think. No habit, fear, or identity is permanent. You are always, at a biological level, becoming someone new.
If your cells are literally not the same ones, you are not the same person. Bad habits, illness, even trauma… your body is always in the process of becoming new!
Your spirit, your purpose, your life will always be a "new thing" God is working on. Every season, every trial, every new step of obedience is part of an ongoing transformation that God Himself is overseeing.
